BROCCOLI SOUFFLE 
1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can mushroom soup
6 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook broccoli until done and drain. Add soup and mayonnaise. Add eggs, beating after each addition. Add cheese. Bake at 300 to 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
