BROCCOLI SOUFFLE 
2 c. chopped fresh broccoli or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, drained & thawed (don't cook, if using the frozen)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Lightly grease pie plate 10 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch.

Heat 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 cup of water boiling; add broccoli, cover, bring to boiling again and cook until tender, approximately 5 minutes. Mix broccoli, onions, peppers and cheese in pie plate; beat remaining ingredients until smooth (15 seconds) at high speed in blender. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
