WILD RICE AND SHRIMP CASSEROLE | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped 2 tbsp. onion, chopped 2 tbsp. melted butter 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 c. wild rice mixture, cooked according to pkg. directions 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 c. cheese, cubed 1 lb. shrimp, cooked slightly Mix all together and pour in greased casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes. |
