WILD RICE AND SHRIMP CASSEROLE | |
1 can mushroom soup 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper 2 tbsp. onion 2 tbsp. melted butter 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 c. cooked wild rice 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, cubed 1/2 lb. uncooked, cleaned shrimp Mix together. Pour into greased casserole. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees covered; 10 minutes uncovered. |
