EASY CARAMEL FILLING 
1 can sweetened condensed milk

In large saucepan place unopened can of milk and cover with water. Boil for 2 hours making sure can is always covered with water. After 2 hours pour water out of saucepan and replace with cool water to cool can. After can is cooled open and enjoy the best caramel you've ever tasted. This can be used for cake filling or for homemade candy.
