RICE PORCUPINES 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground pork or beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. milk
1 onion, chopped fine
2 tbsp. minced pimiento
2 tbsp. minced green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix together, form into balls then roll in flour. Put in baking dish and cover with 1 can of condensed tomato soup diluted with 1 can of hot water. Bake covered at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
