RICE AND BEEF PORCUPINES | |
1 lb. ground beef 3 tbsp. chopped onions 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. salt 2 cans of tomato soup 1 c. water Mix together ground beef, onion, rice, pepper salt. Make into small balls and brown in a sauce pan. Drain off fat and add tomato soup and water. Cover and simmer about 50 minutes. |
