CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. fresh crab or 2 cans canned crab
1/2 c. soft whole wheat bread crumbs
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. fresh basil
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1 egg, beaten

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Divide mixture into 6 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2 inch thick patty. Cover and chill 1 hour.

Melt butter in pan. Saute patties about 5 minutes on each side or until browned.
