1 qt. crab meat
1 tbsp. diced onion
3 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 sm. can (4 oz.) mushrooms, chopped (optional)
3 beaten eggs
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all the above ingredients together. Add enough cracker meal needed to form a ball, flatten into cakes and fry.
