ANNAPOLIS CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. of lump crab meat
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 tbsp. fresh minced parsley
3 shakes of Tabasco
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients. Form into patties and saute in butter until browned.
