HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
6 eggs, beaten
2 cans evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
2 qts. milk
3 tbsp. vanilla flavor

Mix all ingredients for 10 minutes, place on top of double boiler and cook for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring constantly, until thick. Let cool and freeze. Makes 1 gallon.
