HOMEMADE STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM | |
1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding 2 c. sugar 4 c. milk 1 c. water 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk 2 c. mashed fresh strawberries Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl; add remaining ingredients, stirring to mix. Pour mixture into freezer can of a 1 gallon hand turned or electric freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Let ripen at least 1 hour. Yield: 1 gallon. |
