CHEESE AND CHILI PEPPER
APPETIZER
 
2 to 3 cans Mexican green chilies
6 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. sour cream
6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
2 eggs

Layer chilies and cheese in a shallow baking dish. Beat eggs; fold in sour cream. Spread mixture evenly on top of cheeses. Sprinkle paprika and chili powder for color. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with hard crackers.
