GRANOLA 
6 c. oatmeal
1 c. chopped almonds
1/2 c. flour or wheat germ
Pinch of sea salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. maple syrup or honey
2/3 c. canola oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 to 1 c. raisins

Combine liquid ingredients in a large pot. Combine dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Stir once or twice during that time. When you remove it from the oven, add the raisins. OPTIONAL: 1 cup ground sesame or sunflower seeds. This makes a great breakfast or a healthy dessert when mixed with non-fat yogurt.
