1 can cherry pie filling
1 c. chocolate chips
1 chocolate cake mix
2 sticks butter

Spread pie filling in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the pie filling. Sprinkle cake mix over the chocolate chips. Melt butter and pour over the top. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
