BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 doz. eggs, beaten
1 c. half and half cream
1 1/2 lbs. sausage (Owens hot) - cooked
12 oz. sharp Cheddar, grated
6 or 7 slices white bread
Salt and pepper to taste

Butter baking dish, cut crust from bread and place in pan. Cook sausage until it changes color and separates. Drain and spread over bread. Next sprinkle cheese over sausage. Mix eggs, cream and seasonings. Pour over above. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
