SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
6 slices white bread
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. half & half
1 tsp. dry mustard

Cook sausage, drain and crumble. Spread butter on bread and put in the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with sausage and shredded cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour on top bread. Chill at least 8 hours and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
