This was a super easy recipe. Of course had to had a little bit of extra of milk but it only make sense when its obviously to stiff. I turned into a lemon frosting instead of vanilla. It was delicious. And made enough for a whole batch of cupcakes. :D

The best frosting ever and I even mistakenly put garlic salt, salt, and pepper which I keep in a shaker by the stove (just wanted to add a dash of salt) Ha! after scraping that off I added vanilla sugar (had no vanilla) and a little bit of pink. Perfection on chocolate cupcakes!! Will omit garlic salt next time :)

Supppperrr amazing taste!! Easy to make. Just add some more tbsp of milk as you make it and you'll be fine :) Just wish the color came out more white but that's totally fixable with food coloring!

I agree with those who say it has a tasty taste. I just made it, what i had to do is add alot more milk to make it not so thick and i also put peanut butter in it. so i actually made peanut butter icing and did it come out good. so if you want to make this recipe i advise you to add more milk and some kind of flavor to it!

This was an easy recipe to follow and so much inexpensive than store bought and i can change the flavor as well. My 12 year old son made the icing was a great mother and son experience.

I'd recommend making this over the stove to get the sugar to dissolve completely. Otherwise, it's fantastic. It's great on Marble Cake.

The icing was so easy and it turned out purfect! I didn't add any extra milk and it was not lumpy at all. I turned into a blueberry frosting by adding a few handfulls of fresh blueberrys and blending them in! I put it on vanilla blueberry pie cupcakes and it was to die for!!!!

Super simple just like everyone said! I made mine like Hope said...cream butter, add milk, add vanilla, then add as much sugar as you want for a good consistency. Fool proof! ^-^

I made a vanilla cake to surprise my boyfriend, and realized the only frosting I had was chocolate, YUCK. I found this and it tasted delicious, it looked a little weird, and was very grainy, but it was so good, now if only i could find the food coloring. I am sad to say however, that half of my cake fell apart. The icing was delicious however, and very easy for a 16 year old to make
