SWEET SOUR PORK RIB 
1 1/4 lbs. pork rib
4 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar

1. Chop the rib in 1 1/2 inch square pieces.

2. Mix all ingredients with chopped ribs in a 3 quart pot (or larger pot).

3. Put pot on the burner on "high" until it boils, then turn burner to "mid-low" 1 hour.

4. Test the meat is softened, then turn the burner high and keep stirring until all the juice is dried. (Only oil fat from the meat won't dry).

5. Take the pot away from burner. Ready to serve.
