CRANBERRY WHIRL HAM | |
6 c. cubed cooked ham 6 c. sliced cooked sweet potatoes 1 lb. 14 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained (save juice) 1 lb. can whole cranberry sauce 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar 3 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. ground cloves 1 tsp. cinnamon Place half of ham, sweet potatoes and pineapple chunks in layers in 3-quart casserole. Spoon half of cranberry sauce by teaspoonfuls over casserole. Repeat layers. Combine 1/4 cup brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and cloves in small saucepan. Blend in 1 cup reserved pineapple juice. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils. Drizzle over mixture in casserole. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup brown sugar. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Serves 12. |
