PINEAPPLE-CRANBERRY HAM LOAF 
2 c. ground smoked ham
3 c. cornflakes
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. mustard
1 jar (14 oz.) cranberry-orange relish
3 pineapple slices
1 lb. ground lean pork
1 c. half and half milk
1 sm. onion, chopped fine

Mix ham, pork, cornflakes, milk, eggs, onion, salt, and mustard. Add half of relish, stir well.

Arrange pineapple in bottom of greased baking dish, top with remaining relish. Firmly press meat mixture on top. Bake in preheated oven 1 1/2 hours. Invert on platter and drain off excess juice.
