CRANBERRY-MANDARIN HAM SAUCE 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1 tbsp. concentrated orange juice
1/4 c. mandarin oranges

Cook all ingredients except oranges over low heat until thick. Then add the oranges and serve hot over ham.
