CRANBERRY MANDARIN HAM SAUCE 
1/4 c. mandarin oranges, cut in sm. pieces & drained
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1 tbsp. orange juice, concentrate

Mix sugar, cornstarch, spices in pan. Gradually stir in cranberry juice and orange juice. Cook over medium heat until fairly thick. Add orange pieces and serve hot over ham.
