“MOUNTAIN DEW JELLY” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  PEPPER JACK MEATLOAF

MOUNTAIN DEW JELLY 
2 (12 oz. ea.) cans Mountain Dew soda
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 env. pectin (I use Sure Jell)

Pour Mountain Dew and lemon juice into a large pot. Bring to a boil. Boil 3 minutes. Cool slightly.

Follow directions on pectin package. Process for 10 minutes in a boiling water canner.
