CARAMEL SNAPPERS 
4 oz. pecan halves
1 pkg. (14 oz.) caramels
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. milk chocolate chips

Arrange 4 ounce pecan halves in clusters of 3 on buttered cookie sheet. Microwave caramels, butter and milk 2-3 minutes. Stir once or twice. Cool slightly and spoon onto pecans. Cool until set. Microwave chocolate chips for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Spoon or dip onto each candy. Refrigerate to set.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
