NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST 
3 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 well-beaten egg
5 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. vinegar

Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

ONE CRUST PIE SHELL:

1 stick melted butter
1 c. flour
3 tbsp. powdered sugar

Mix and press in pan. Bake.
