1 lb. ground beef, browned & drained
1 tsp. salt (opt.)
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. chopped onions
6 oz. can tomato paste
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1 - 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella, cheddar or white cheddar or American cheese
1 pie shell

Combine all above ingredients except cheese. Bake crust 18 to 28 minutes or until golden brown at 425 degrees. Mix ingredients thoroughly. Spoon into crust, sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven and melt cheese and serve.
