ERIN'S TEALIGHTFUL FRUIT SALAD 
SALAD:

1 (16 oz.) pkg. fresh strawberries, halved
2 cups whole dark sweet cherries -OR- 2 fresh mangoes, peeled, pitted, chopped
1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

DRESSING:

1 cup pomegranate juice
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. instant tea mix

In large bowl, mix fruit.

In jar with tight-fitting lid, shake dressing ingredients until well-mixed.

Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
