BAKED HASH BROWNS 
2 lbs. hash browns
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pt. sour cream (2 c.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Place hash browns in 9x13 pan. Mix above ingredients and spread over hash browns. Mix 1/2 cup melted butter and 1 cup crushed corn flakes. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
