Easy to prepare and very tasty! Made it with light sour cream. Added garlic powder, pepper and a dash of salt. Used over noodles, broccoli and chicken. Will be adding this to the recipe collection for a quick meal that the whole family will love :)

This recipe is excellent. Before you add the sour cream and egg yolk, saute some minced garlic in the melted butter. It makes a great flavor addition.

Wow! Easy and tasty. My husband is a very picky eater, typically does not prefer sour cream, but loved this sauce. Used it in a pasta toss with whole wheat penne, sweet Italian sausage and green peas. Recipe was added to the family recipe box before dinner was over!
