HASH BROWN BAKED POTATOES 
32 oz. frozen hash browns
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. half and half
1/4 c. chopped onions

Grease 9x13 pan. Spread thawed hash browns in pan. Put grated cheese and onions over hash browns. Heat butter, whipping cream and half and half. Pour over potatoes. Bake 45 minutes, 375 degrees, covered. Uncover last 15 minutes.
