BAKED HASH BROWN POTATOES 
2 lb. frozen hash browns (thaw, 30 minutes)
1 c. onions, diced (optional)
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. butter, melted
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
Pepper

Mix all together and cover with crushed potato chips. Can be halved. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
