BAKED HASH BROWN POTATOES 
2 lbs. Oreida frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 lg. chopped onion
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 stick melted butter

TOPPING:

Seasoned bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients together. Mix well. Put in greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle on bread crumbs, then bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or longer until lightly browned on top.
