1 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 eggs, separated 1 1/2 c. corn (whole kernel) 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. oil Mix together flour, salt and baking powder. Beat egg yolks in medium size bowl. Stir in corn and pepper into the mixture. Drop from tablespoon into skillet with hot oil, turning once, cook until golden brown. makes 1 1/2 dozen. |
