1 can corn
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper

Put corn in bowl with beaten eggs. Sift and add dry mixture and beat smooth. Drop by tablespoon in hot fat. NOTE: Can roll in white powdered sugar while warm if desired.
