CORN FRITTERS 
1 c. cooked corn (fresh or canned)
1 tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. milk
3/4 c. flour
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix milk and egg. Add flour and beat smooth. Add corn and seasonings. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot fat at 380 degrees temperature. Fry until golden brown. Serve with maple syrup. Lovely with fried chicken.
