PEANUT BRITTLE CANDY 
2 c. sugar
1 c. white corn syrup
1/2 c. water
2 c. raw peanuts
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

In black iron skillet, combine sugar, corn syrup and water. Cook until it forms a hard ball in water. Then add peanuts and butter, cook in syrup until brown. Add vanilla. Remove mixture from heat. Add the teaspoon of soda. Mix well and pour into buttered pan spreading thinly. When cold break into pieces.
