PEANUT BRITTLE CANDY 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 c. white syrup
2 c. raw peanuts
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda

Cook sugar, water and syrup to hard boil stage. Add peanuts and butter. Cook to golden brown (300 degrees). Take off stove and add vanilla and soda. Stir until foamy, then pour onto buttered cookie sheet.
