PEANUT BRITTLE CANDY 
3 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 c. white syrup

Boil to 220 degrees. Add 1 pound raw peanuts. Cook until reaches 300 degrees. Add 1 tablespoon baking soda, 1 tablespoon butter, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread on 2 greased cookie sheets. This peanut brittle is easy to bite.
