CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 tube Ritz crackers
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 chicken

Cook chicken, debone. Place chicken in casserole, spread soup and sour cream mixture over chicken. Place in 350 degree oven, heat to bubble. Mix crackers (crumbled) and butter. Spread over casserole. Return to oven. When it starts to bubble in the center, it's done.
