RHUBARB JELLO JAM 
5 c. finely chopped rhubarb
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
5 c. granulated sugar
1 c. water

Mix all ingredients and boil for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1 large package raspberry or strawberry Jello and mix well. Pour into clean jars and seal. Makes about 5 pints.

Can replace pineapple with 1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries or raspberries.
