SKILLET SQUASH 
6 slices bacon
2 lbs. yellow squash, sliced
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. dried dillweed
1 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook bacon; drain and crumble. Use 1 tablespoon dripping to saute squash and onion (y minutes until tender). Stir in sour cream and seasoning. Spoon in serving dish. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
