CLAM DIP 
1 stick butter
1 c. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. parsley flakes
3 tbsp. flour
2 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can minced clams
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
1 box Triscuit crackers

Melt 1/2 stick of butter in a saucepan. Add bread crumbs and cook until brown. Remove from pan and put on a paper towel.

In the same saucepan (do not wash) melt 1/2 stick butter. Add parsley flakes and flour. Slowly stir in liquid from the can of clams. Cook until smooth.

Stir in clams and eggs. Add salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Remove from heat. Put clam and egg mixture into buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with the bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Serve warm with Triscuits.
