CLAM DIP 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can minced clams
1/4 c. liquid from clams
1 clove garlic
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Rub bowl with garlic. Soften cream cheese with fork. Grate part of garlic into cheese. Add seasonings. Drain clams and add to cream cheese. Use about 1/4 cup clam liquid. Work with fork until smooth.
