CLAM DIP 
2 (8 oz.) cans chopped clams with juice
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped
1/4 lb. butter
Dash of Tabasco
Dash of black pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. Parmesan cheese

Simmer clams and lemon for 15 minutes. Saute the rest, except bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese, in butter until soft. Mix with clams and add bread crumbs. Put into baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
