CHRISTIE'S HOT CLAM DIP | |
2 cans chopped clams, with juice 3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. oregano 2 tsp. parsley 6 crushed cloves of garlic 1 stick butter Saute garlic in stick of butter. Mix remaining ingredients into garlic. Put in ungreased casserole and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serve with crackers. |
