APPETIZER CHEESE BALL 
Makes 1 to 1 1/2 pound cheeseball or 4 (6 ounce) cheeseballs.

1 lb. cream cheese
8 oz. Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 tbsp. pimento (chopped)
1 tbsp. green pepper (chopped)
1 tsp. onion (finely minced)
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco
Dash of salt
Chopped pecans

Place the cream cheese in a bowl and beat until soft and smooth. Add rest of ingredients except pecans and blend well. Chill. Shape into desired size and roll into chopped pecans.

Variations: Use Bleu cheese instead of Cheddar cheese. Add either sherry, red wine or brandy as flavoring. Add olives instead of green vegetables.
