COCONUT - BUTTERMILK PIE 
1 Mrs. Smith's 9 5/8 inch pie crust
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 heaping tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. coconut
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and pour in pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
