1 c. buttermilk
5 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pie crusts

Mix ingredients together well and bake in uncooked pie shells at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 2 pies.
