BUTTERMILK COCONUT PIE 
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 stick butter, melted
3/4 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. coconut
2 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Cream together eggs and sugar. Add next 5 ingredients. Pour into pie shells and bake for 1 hour.
